On February 9, 1977, Representative Horace Daggett intro­duced House File No.154. This bill was referred to the Committee on Education and on February 18, this committee referred this bill to a sub-committee of the Committee on Education. This bill remained ac­tive throughout the first regular session of this General Assembly and on January 13, 1978, during the second regular session of the as­sembly, H.F. No 154 was transferred from this first sub-committee of the Committee on Education to a second sub-committee. One amendment was proposed for H.F. No. 154 and the bill remains in the second Com­mittee on Education sub-committee as of February 16, 1978.
